turbo tranny and converter
« on: February 06, 2010, 07:39:57 PM »
I have a Turbo 350 reverse valve body trans (non trans brake), all the best parts done by Transmissions To Go, with a 4000 transmission specialties converter. I made one pass with the set-up and took it out. Bought new tranny with a brake instead. Asking $800 for both. or reasonable offer

Would you sell the tranny with out the converter, if so how much? How much power was it built to handle?

I really need to get rid of everything, but I might be able to get rid of them seperate, I also have a brand new Hurst pistol grip shifter and cover too. It will handle 600 easy. The converter also has anti-balooning plates front and rear

Does it have the hardened drum and sprag?  What about the low reverse sprag?  Thanks!

Yes, it has red cluthes, heavy duty planetaries heat treated sprag races, the tranny is a TCI competition transmission, all parts bought from TCI and trans to go put ittogether
